Whether you’ve always dreamed of growing your own flowers or harvesting fresh vegetables right from your backyard, my Garden Consultations are designed to help you start with confidence and bring those dreams into the real world. Together, we’ll create a one-page plan that’s realistic, beautiful, and actionable so you have clear next steps to get growing.

I truly believe that having a garden can change your life. It brings peace, connection, and a sense of accomplishment that touches everything — your health, your mood, even your relationships.

So many people want to garden but just don’t know where to begin. Plus (let’s be honest) the decision fatigue that comes along with home and backyard projects can drain your energy before you’ve even started. I firmly believe in the “done is better than perfect” mentality, especially when it comes to gardening. So let’s get started and make gardening approachable, exciting, and fun for you and your family.

  • Each on-site consultation (up to one hour) includes:

    • A friendly discussion about your goals, style, and budget

    • A walk-through of your outdoor space to assess sunlight, layout, and soil condition

    • A customized Consult Recap sent afterward, including:

      • Layout suggestions for beds and irrigation

      • Recommended materials and sources

      • A planting timeline for seasonally appropriate crops and flowers

      • Tailored next steps that align with your budget and goals that you tackle yourself, or hand to a landscaper to execute.

    Initial one-hour consultations begin at $350, followup visits are available upon request.

    💻 Not local? I also offer 45-minute FaceTime or Google Meet consultations for out-of-town gardeners!

  • Late fall and winter are the ideal time to lay the groundwork for the season ahead. January is the perfect time to start planning.


    Here in Fresno (USDA Zone 9b), we can begin seeds and plant as early as October–February for thriving late spring and early summer gardens. Getting your beds, irrigation, and layout ready always takes more time than you think — and planning now means you’ll be ready to plant when the season begins.

    It also makes a wonderful holiday gift or New Year’s goal for anyone ready to dig into something new!

  • I’ve created everything from small balcony container gardens and preschool planting plans to full scale flower farms and backyard micro farms. Each one is fulfilling in its own way, no matter the size or scale, and I’d love to help you reach your gardening goals in the new year.
